Our Aftercare team acts as the first point of contact for all customers once they’ve purchased their new home.
To ensure that all queries are managed efficiently, we use Clixifix, an online customer care solution for home builders.
Please note
- We do not attend minor shrinkage cracks which are completely normal and to be expected
- The white goods within your property are covered by a separate warranty held by the homeowner direct with the manufacturer.

Submit your ticket on Clixifix.

Our Aftercare team is automatically notified and takes action.
