Snowdrop Developments is a family owned business focussing on delivering high quality developments and one off bespoke homes that are architecturally designed and incorporate natural materials to the external such as stone, wetdash, slate, sash n case windows and dry stone dykes to give our properties a classic look. Internally we provide vaulted ceilings to the entrance halls, higher ceilings to the ground floors and oak doors throughout.

Our flag ship house “Snowdrop Lodge” received a Civic Society award for excellence in design. We are proud to say that Snowdrop Lodge is the basis of design and workmanship for all of our future properties.
Since then we have gone on to be finalists in the Scottish Home Awards for the last two years running.
This year we are delighted have won Scottish Home Highly Commended 2015 Award for House Builder of the Year (less than 150 units).
